Meet Mark Yegge

Mark Yegge discovered the markets at age 12, back when most kids were trading baseball cards. By 16, he had earned enough from his own trades to buy his first car, a Chevy Camaro, paid for entirely from trading profits. That moment planted the idea that the markets could provide real freedom for anyone willing to learn the craft properly.

That early fascination grew into a four-decade career on Wall Street. Mark went on to become a CEO, trader, and hedge-fund manager, personally executing or overseeing more than $14 billion worth of stock and options trades. He founded, built, and ultimately sold his own Wall Street firm, an experience that gave him a rare inside-out understanding of how institutional money actually moves.

Along the way, Mark studied the work of the people who shaped modern trading. Jesse Livermore, who five separate times made and lost the equivalent of a billion dollars and taught generations of traders to respect both risk and reward. William O'Neil, whose research-driven approach revealed the patterns behind every "superstock." Nicolas Darvas, the dancer who turned $36,000 into $2 million by ignoring the news and trusting predictable patterns. And Edward Thorp, the MIT math professor whose book Beat the Market made the case that disciplined probability beats prediction every time.

Their lessons became the foundation. Mark invested more than $2 million of his own money in education, seminars, and live testing, then distilled it all into a single rules-based system that ordinary investors could actually run. He called it the Cash Flow Machine.

The method is built around covered calls, but the bigger idea is treating a stock portfolio the way a landlord treats real estate. You own quality assets and you collect rent every month. The market can go up, down, or sideways and you keep getting paid. Mark has used that approach in his own accounts for years, including his IRA, and he posts the results publicly so students can see the system at work.

Today Mark has authored 17 books and courses, trained over 1,000 students who collectively manage more than $300 million in capital, and built a YouTube community of 25,000+ subscribers at @coveredcalls. He hosts live events in Scottsdale and Clearwater every year, and continues to mentor investors who want to take control of their financial education instead of handing it to Wall Street.
